Booth Space Still Available at WestEx 2008!  Colorado Proud will have a pavilion at the Rocky Mountain Regional Foodservice & Hospitality Expo on May 13 at the Denver Merchandise Mart. Booth space is available, full-$900, half-$450. The show is organized by the Colorado Restaurant Association and Sysco Foodservice. Wine Fest. This annual wine tasting event is looking for vendors for the "Festival in the Park" on Saturday, September 20 in Palisade. A 10'x10' booth is $200 if received by April 1.  The Vail Valley Slow Foods organization is interested in having food producers from the area address the group about the products that they offer. All Things Organic Trade Show.
This show, organized by the Organic Trade Association, will be April 27-29. All Things Organic will be co-located with the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade's (NASFT) Fancy Food Show and the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture's (NASDA) US Food Export Showcase at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Exhibitors will have access to over 20,000 buyers as a result of these three co-located shows. All Things Organic has more organic companies exhibiting than any other show in North America and is the only all organic trade show in the market. All products on display must be certified organic or be made with certified organic ingredients. Trade Show organizers are developing a Colorado Organic Pavilion featuring only Colorado companies.
