Q: What are my payment options?
We currently accept personal checks and money orders. Personal checks must be denominated in US dollars. We do not ship merchandise until the check has cleared.
Q: How will you ship my order?
Shipments are sent standard via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or FedEx Ground. Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders within 1-2 weeks from the day you place the order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for standard delicery within the continental US.

Q: What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any part of your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money To return an item, please include your receipt with your package and indicate the reason for your return. If you do not have a receipt, we will need your name, address, phone number, order number if you have it, and a reason for return on a seperate piece of paper.
