Programs
It is our mission is to assist Slow Food USA and Slow Food International in their effort to spread the philosophy Slow Food. Our agenda is simple: to support local farmers producing foods sustainably, to provide education to our children through the school garden program, and to protect the regional biodiversity of the western slope of Colorado.
